Order we use at the counter

• Charge the power bank while grid is live so it is full when lights go.
• During the first UPS minutes, plug the phone you need for orders and rides.
• Laptop on UPS only if you must ship labels; otherwise wait for stable grid.
• Avoid 0 to 100 sprints twice a day; partial top-ups are fine for lithium.
• Keep one short cable in the drawer that you know is not frayed.

Power bank during outages

Treat the bank as backup for the phone, not a space heater for every gadget. Pass-through charging (bank plugged into wall while feeding phone) is fine on quality units; cheap banks get hot doing both.
